I didn't get the sense that the start and end times were accurate. It seemed like they rounded up the total hours by moving the start time earlier and the end time later.
I spoke with a woman at the office about what I had in storage. I had a 15x20 storage unit that 30% totes/boxes and the rest furniture. I was assured that the contents of the unit would fit in the 24' box truck. That wasn't the case.
I requested the movers I had used last time, and wasn't able to get the same team. Although their replacements were good, the original movers I used were the best (Efrain & his team). I would like to request them next time.
I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITHE ENTIRE MOVE.
Ensure their drivers actually look at the PO and that the contracted agreements are fulfilled. To have the movers arrive way outside of the estimated 3 hour arrival window, claim they didn't know about the extra stop, get the address wrong despite having it provided to them, and sending a two person crew instead of three (thus taking longer than it should have) were all a series of rather unfortunate events making working with AB Moving a frustrating, unprofessional experience. (And for them to arrive with a card reader that was broken and asked for cash was just the cherry on top.)

Extremely pissed off that I was told the wrong thing when I booked. Lost around $200 because your company didn't have its facts straight. Wouldn't use again because of this.
Teach customer service to all employees, vet their contractors properly, make sure they have good work ethic, By the way I will tell everyone about my experience with AB. You took 12 hours to do a 6 hour job. .
