From the Scheduling office per Susie, Gaby and Kyle to the teams of Patrick for packing and Francisco for moving, it was a great experience. I appreciated the reminders per email even on the weekend of the upcoming move. Also, I like how the pricing is structured...no hidden costs....everything is up front. With the teams, never did I see negative body language if I questioned something or asked for something extra to be done.

The attention to detail that began with the first call at setting the move up to the continued communication with a reminder, then the text a hour before arrival, to the guys making sure everything I needed was handled in a professional manor. great job.

I would reconsider the gas amount on short distance, I paid 45 dollars for gas and my new house was 7 minutes from my old house that was a bite much.

The men came and started working right away and worked hard and fast the whole time, only stopping for necessary breaks.

The truck was efficiently packed and I was able to move everything safely! The guys were on time, hard working and respectful to myself and my furniture. Probably the best moving company around.

The move was 2 hr 35 minutes but I was charged for 3 hours, 5 minutes over). The lead guy took 10-15 minutes going to the bath room and I saw another guy text a couple time while he was on my time. Never the less, I will not be recommending your company to my friends.

One of the truck crews was lazy. The other crew wanted to put everything in the garage and seemed irritated when we asked them to put them inside. They were unorganized when moving the heavy items and I had to direct them how to move it after they scuffed the wall. I asked them to use blankets specifically in order to prevent messing up my furniture and they still managed to scratch it. They banged up my walls and had an attitude when my husband asked them to put something upstairs stating it was too heavy! Very disappointed

I liked the management. They answered all my questions and sent contracts and were very easy to talk to. They were courteous in the face of a problem and were always trying to give me a solution.

The actual movers. My three movers that I payed $100 an hour for were two teenagers (one who was very overweight) and an older gentleman. Wasn't the quickest and most efficient looking crew for that much money. Moving is expensive. And when you are paying that much money, you deserve fast able bodied people to move you. One of the teenagers sat in the car for 30 minutes on the phone. He said it was "business" but I was paying by the hour!?!? For him to sit there!?! I have video of them very slowly walking back from the truck. The walk was far. It was. But I am paying for this service. So I expect them to hustle. But there was none of that. I was very disappointed with this company and will not be using it again. Management was the only redeeming thing.
