I had only one incident...returned a call that i received a couple of days before I was scheduled to move to confirm. I spoke with a man who confirmed my move for the following Saturday. An hour later I received an email asking me to confirm my move. When i called back, i spoke with a lady who stated the person i spoke with previously failed to confirm in their system. It was minor, but wasted my time.

The moving address on the quotation is correct at first, I told the sales the information is not correct but the new quotation still show the wrong one, supposed the moving address should be more accurate, right?

I sent some email responses that did not get answer about changing to Sunday. When I called I spoke to gentleman who was helpful and professional who made the change. I felt the move took to long resulting in a high price. I have had more efficient moves. For example they did not seem to have enough basic tools to unwrap the items. Many were left wrapped for me to take care of. They for got to use the wardrobes and wrapped my clothes in blankets. Then asked me if I'd like my clothes left on the floor of the closet. I marked my mattress with an arrow and the word headboard in hopes of getting it reversed in the process. It got put in the wrong direction. I told the English speaker to leave the router at my house for my roommate. She called me to let me know her service were interrupted causing me to drive back over and return everything and for them to reconnect. So, more tools to remove shrink wrap. Put an English speaker in charge to insure everyone knows not to move stuff that stays. My expectations were high based on your ratings. I am an apartment Manager that gets asked for a mover recommendation almost daily, unfortunately I can't give it to you. I would rate it a 7 based on better previous moves . Thank you for the many things you did well, the staff could not have been nicer or more courteous.
