They were on time, called me when they were an hour out and I asked that they call back when 15 minutes out. They did. Very professional, did a great job!

The care they took with our belongings! They moved our furniture from an apartment to our new house without ever hitting a wall or door opening edge! They wrapped everything in plastic and moving blankets and removed it all at the new house!! Best Moving Experience we've ever had and we've moved 7 or 8 times over the years!!

Use shoe covers on feet when moving stuff to avoid messing up carpet and be careful not to put rugs with dust on couches. Also my confirmation was 2 man crew and 4 showed up!

Rounding of the time, and use of time in general. My move was completed at 10:32 and instead of rounding it to 10:30 it was rounded to 10:45. If that were to happen at the beginning and the end of service, the movers would have added 30 min charge (about $50) for actual 5-6 minutes of time. Second, It would have taken me 10 min to put my bed frame together, three of your guys took about 20, not sure why it took all three of them. I think the use of time got a bit lax over the years, and I have been using this company since 2006.

These guys are fast and efficient! This was the 3rd time I've hired them and I will continue to use them and recommend them to others. They take good care of your belongings and don't waste your time or your money. They are HARD workers!
