I liked that you wrapped everything. Protected my furniture very well. Guys were great.

To way to long for that amount of furniture and boxes I had. No disassembly required. Midnight movers would have done half the time and save me $200.

Professional, friendly and efficient! What more could you ask for? We just used AB movers for our 4th time and are so grateful to have found this company. Really just the best movers around! They are extremely thoughtful and very careful with our items. I have referred this company to many and will continue to do so!

They showed up at the time window requested. They have a payment and job complete process that is automated. Their rates are very competitive. I have used them 4 times in the last 3 months for my small business.

Quotes are PDF files, but are sent without the file extensio thru email. Very frustrating when trying to look at quotes in email. I have to save the file, add the extension manually and the. Reopen the file. Time consuming.

i am satisfied with the service I received the only exception was I was charged two trip charges when I advised you during my reservation that a 24 foot truck was not large enough. My two locations were only 6 miles apart so I felt $110 in trip fees was a high.

The two menl were so customer focused. They were very careful with everything, very professional, very nice to my crazy dogs :) and wanted to help in any way they could. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were able to accommodate my move on a short notice and the guys that assisted were efficient and friendly. In addition, the technology used made the transaction paperless and easy to keep and access my receipt and contract when needed.

Movers need to listen to customer about how to take things apart instead of telling them to leave the room and saying, "we know what we are doing we are the professional movers". After 30 minutes of time that I paid for the "professional movers" came back to me so I could tell them how to take something apart. They also did not completely put things back together. I was extremely disappointed. Customer service did not seem concerned and has not bothered to follow up.
