Lower the rates. I was very happy paying $85/hour for 3 men. $145 is much too high. I was able to tip them 20% because the $85 rate was reasonable.
I think it would be nice if you did not charge a "convenience" fee to use a credit card. It's a convenience for AB Moving -- but not for the customer. Since you do not accept checks or cash, it seems even more strange that you charge a fee. This comment is meant to be constructive. If you are going to be a first-class company, you shouldn't add "downers" to the customer experience.

They showed up an hour late when I was on a very strict schedule, and took the longest route to one destination bumping up their time. I really wasn't happy about that.
I have no recommendations for improvement. They did a great job all the way around.

Make sure to wrap furniture and pack more carefully. I had several scratches on my furniture, after moving and a broken corner on a table leg.

Two of the three men were not efficient and seemed inexperienced about disassembling furniture and the proper way to wrap and move furniture. Two of the men wandered around the house waiting for Ivan to tell them what to do; I even had to ask them to start working a couple times. Since I was paying by the hour, their work was not acceptable or professional.
