Ivan was a hard worker.
suggestions

Two of the three men were not efficient and seemed inexperienced about disassembling furniture and the proper way to wrap and move furniture. Two of the men wandered around the house waiting for Ivan to tell them what to do; I even had to ask them to start working a couple times. Since I was paying by the hour, their work was not acceptable or professional.

Lower the rates. I was very happy paying $85/hour for 3 men. $145 is much too high. I was able to tip them 20% because the $85 rate was reasonable.

Everyone I dealt with at AB Moving was professional and courteous. They were organized and methodical in their efforts to provide first-class service. I was particularly impressed with Luis who was in charge of our on-site packing and moving project -- very accommodating and had a positive "can do" attitude.

I think it would be nice if you did not charge a "convenience" fee to use a credit card. It's a convenience for AB Moving -- but not for the customer. Since you do not accept checks or cash, it seems even more strange that you charge a fee. This comment is meant to be constructive. If you are going to be a first-class company, you shouldn't add "downers" to the customer experience.

The guys got the truck packed up pretty quickly and moved some heavy pieces for being so little.

They showed up an hour late when I was on a very strict schedule, and took the longest route to one destination bumping up their time. I really wasn't happy about that.

We had Rickey and Frank's crews and they did a fabulous job. They took care of our belongings like they were their own. They were super fast and very courteous. They worked extremely hard. This is by far the best moving experience we have ever had. Kudos to both crews. I will use them again in the future if the need arises.

They were friendly and quick - I used them on a prior move and besides one ding in my bed frame, everything was great. This move was another story - several of my items were damaged, some which cannot be replaced.

Make sure to wrap furniture and pack more carefully. I had several scratches on my furniture, after moving and a broken corner on a table leg.

You never know who the sub contracted will be. I paid for 3 men to make the move got 1 man and 2 boys. This is the second time this happen.

Great communication throughout the process. Movers were professional and worked steadily. They wrapped everything appropriately and took great care with all items big and small.
