I would not recommend AB Moving Company as there is no guarantee that you will receive an experienced crew or a non-experienced crew. My crew was un-experienced - 1 of the 3 was on his first day as a mover, and therefore I paid for more hours than should have been needed. And, I had to hire the experienced crew to come back and finish the terrible job that the first crew did. I never received an apology or anything and many of my items were damaged. And let me add, that your "truck owner" was extremely rude and very condescending. I should not have to pay the same price for the rookie crew - I had to pay for 14 hours for their terrible job. They did not even put together our beds and threw all of my hanging clothes in a pile in my garage. The drycleaning bill alone will cost me over $300! I will leave a review online about my experience.

The movers did a great job; very patient and kind. But they charged me more than I expected, and when I called the company's customer service office multiple times to get help and explain to me the fees again, no one called me back - even though they said they would - after my multiple attempts on my end calling them. Because I didn't get the full help I needed after multiple calls, I may not recommend this company to others, despite the movers doing a great job with my items.

Not professional, furniture damaged, tried to call about damages and no one returned my calls, 3 man crew was more like 1.5 or 2 man crew - one guy just sat there or stayed in the truck most of the time. Took 4 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!!!! I hired a 2 man crew in the past and it took them 2 hours for the same sized apartment and 2 flights of stairs both ways vs 2 flights and elevators with my recent move. Very disappointed

We have always been loyal to AB - this was our sixth move, but final. Too many damaged items to count, deystroyed our beautiful, brand new front door, and overcharged us for supplies that were not used and now refuse to refund it. I am a Realtor, and you just lost my business and all my future clients as well.

I gave cash tips to the chief guy for all of your crews guys, but I think the chief guy did not share these tips for other workers

No, i was charged 800 to move a 2 bedroom apt. In which a lot of the big furniture stayed behind. I had 3 movers who were extremely slow. I payed 400 to move on & 800 to move out was absolutely ridiculous

It was the worst move experience the workers were disorganized and slow on purpose to collect more Monet a 2 bedroom apt took 5 hours....no I will avoid this company

I would not recommend, because they were very slow in moving my two bedroom apt . I felt they dragged there feet in order to charge me more money. They had 3 guys and it took them 4 hours I complained to the main guy he stated they had to wrap up all my stuff before moving. I told him there was items that were very expensive that were not wrapped and that was putting in a complaint he said go ahead like what ever. I called on the 28 of April and put my complaint in and I had to call back two weeks later because she forgot to put the complaint in she sent an email that day and still no response from the company and today is May 23erd almost two months later. So I would not recommend and I have been telling family and friends not to use this company so far I would say you have lost about 20 customers from my word of mouth. 👎👎👎👎

Discovered few items missing, 3 guys moving package distracted several times.

So many of my items were dinged, scratched or chipped. In addition the movers gave us attitude when we asked them to be careful. I very much understand it was a hot day and there was a lot of items to move, but that doesn't warrant a poor job. I will definitely not recommend AB Moving to anyone.
