Guys were rude, late,worked slow, broke some of my things, made marks on walls at new place and left a stain on new carpet, I have used you guys many times but never again
Because I'm missing a piece of a lamp that is very dear to me and several things were broken including a mothers day gift from my son. The first crew who came were very nice but unfortunately their truck broke down in the middle of putting our stuff in their truck. The second crew who came were not as nice and were very rough with our stuff. We had a slot for 8am-10 am and we didn't get moved in our new home till after 5! We've used you guys twice before and didn't have a problem and NOTHING was broken then. Not to mention we are new to our neighborhood and my husband was asked by one of the crew to knock on a door and ask them to move their car! Like what?!? Been waiting to hear back about lost stuff and I've called 3 times now and no answer! No I wouldn't recommend you guys for those simple facts! Sorry.
They were an hour late. I basically had to unload everything. They worked for 45 mins and charged 2 hrs and an extra 75 dollars.
While loading my bed frame onto the truck one of the gentlemen repeatedly banged up the frame multiple times to multiple parts. Unprofessional.
Because the movers stole my credit card info and fraudulent charges on the card I used to pay, also was careless when taking apart a mirror and broke it.

I am not so sure I am willing to recommend AB moving anymore. During my move on 8/31/2019, one of my two movers (Robert, I believe was his name) spent a LOT of time on the phone with his “boss” and not moving our stuff, which was very annoying because we are paying by the hour. I was also disappointed to see that AB Moving decided to send a 24’ box truck that was clearly damaged. The box on the truck looked like it had been smashed into a bridge or something that had low clearance. I have pictures. There was a large opening at the top of the box, which is unsecured and great for allowing in elements such as water. As a result of this damage, there was a lot of standing water inside the truck, which is where all of our boxes and furniture go. I also noticed that, because of all of the water damage inside the truck, many of the moving quilts/blankets were damp and covered in mold and mildew. That’s gross, a health risk, and completely unacceptable. It’s a good thing it didn’t rain, because all of our boxes and furniture would have been soaked due to the truck’s damaged box. AB Moving needs to ensue that their movers focus on moving during a move. Sitting on the phone drags out the move and drives up costs. In addition to that, AB Moving needs to put serious effort in repairing their trucks and making sure moving materials are somewhat clean and not soiled with mildew and mold. Overall, the whole experience was very disappointing because in the past when I have used AB Moving, the service was great so I was expecting great service this time. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Worst moving experience ever!! The team was extremely slow. Did not work as a team. Did not pay attention to boxes marked fragile. Crushed multiple boxes. Spent an hour trying to remove a screw they stipped on my dining room table. One of the workers spent most of his time standing in the truck.
We had planned a move out of our 2 bedroom apartment with 2 stops. It took 7 hours to move out of the apartment where the truck was filled so we then had to make another stop on top to unload before going to the other stops. No one ever mentioned the truck filling as a possibility and when asking the movers said it was a common occurence. They need to start telling people before hand. Long story short what should have taken 8 hours became an 11 hour move to 1 mile down the road.

My last experience with the company was great but this time was completely different. The movers left their water bottles, soda cans, empty rolls from the plastic and the box it came in behind. I already had enough to clean up and to leave your trash behind is just disrespectful and lazy.
Do not charge for the lunch break.

The crew had to go back a second time for four items to be taken to storage which was 1.4 miles away. It took them four and a half hours to do that load,but they left two of the items in the apartment and failed to mention that to me.
