We wrote a positive review after using AB Moving the first time & never received the 5% discount we were told would receive on the second move. On our second move, The crew broke items & did not tell us. We saw the broken items after they left. We bought them lunch(pizzas) & we found the pizza boxes thrown out on middle of our street a few houses down from our new home. They obviously threw the empty boxes out the window when driving away. Very disrespectful unprofessional, & littering behavior. Finding a trash can is not difficult. That crew also took our upright dolly. We let them use our dolly to help move more items quickly. They did not give it back. We called AB Moving to ask for assistance in retrieving our dolly. The customer service person said someone would email us to assist with retrieving the dolly. However no one has contacted us.

Broke my dresser to a point that it’s a trash/garbage now, didn’t pack the paintings properly, put heavy stuff on them, also mixed up the dates - packing was scheduled for 7/30 and move for 7/31. The packers did the move on 07/30 and I got to know about that only when they were at new address already

Develop better communication between the movers and the main office since the truck arrived 2 hours late. This occurred even after the move time was confirmed 3 times by phone with the move office but never passed on to the actual movers. Paul S.

1). One of the movers had the worst BO I've ever smelled, including three years as a corrections officer. 2) They were purposely going slow to get more money....the wrapped a sleeping bag in plastic wrap I mean come on. 3). They broke several items (of which I have not received a refund) and then lied about it. I found them, using 25 minutes of MY time, trying to repair a bookshelf they broke. Your company is sleezy as shit and I have no problem telling people.
I was very impressed with the service. In order to improve, I would suggest that you don’t change a thing! Why fix something that isn’t broke?

Movers were incredibly inexperienced. The time they took to move our home was over double what was estimated! Moving a single bedroom took over 5 hours! Additionally, they paid 0 attention to how they disassembled the bed and were unable to reassemble it. Rather than let them keep failing, we were forced to send them out with the task unfinished lest they push our costs over a grand. 0/10 Would literally rather hire high schoolers.
