Everything Was great
My only concern is how the receipt is handle. When I was ask about the storage I was told that it was 48.00 but it was not explain 48.00 for a certain amount of ft. Which I could have prepare my moving better knowing that I would have needed two cubes rather than just one. Also I would have like a receipt email to me for both transactions and I only receive a receipt for the storage and everything was charge to the credit card on file.

Eliminate personal calls
Our mover's started off the first hour great but the amount of time it took them overall which was 7 hrs was ridiculous when we only had them move furniture. No boxes, etc just furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment. They also took items apart and left the screws at the previous place when trying to assemble at the new location. We had a three man crew and it always seems like 2 of the 3 are doing the work.

Didn't finish the job
The staff assigned to my moving were throwing the items with no regard to the fact they may break. Crew consisted of Javier and I believe Jeff and one other person. I went back the next day to my old apartment and they left behind the headboard piece of my bed frame by the elevator
No one called me back when I had issues with the movers after several calls and emails. The movers were slow and unprofessional. We spent at least 30 minutes of paid time arguing about how I wanted my things arranged and where to park the truck. I've used this service for my previous 3 moves but never again.

I feel that since I am a woman and was by myself during the loading of the truck they deliberately took their time. The helpers appeared to be teenagers that played a lot. When we got to the new location and my friend who is a male showed up they unloaded faster
