They wrapped everything carefully

I feel that since I am a woman and was by myself during the loading of the truck they deliberately took their time. The helpers appeared to be teenagers that played a lot. When we got to the new location and my friend who is a male showed up they unloaded faster

The movers did an excellent job of protecting our furniture. Although we had more to move than they expected, the job was finished to our satisfaction.

They were on time. They notify you when they are on there way and when they have arrived. They never stop working and they move expeditious and very kind. Not once did I feel any pressure of any kind it was a great moving experience.

My only concern is how the receipt is handle. When I was ask about the storage I was told that it was 48.00 but it was not explain 48.00 for a certain amount of ft. Which I could have prepare my moving better knowing that I would have needed two cubes rather than just one. Also I would have like a receipt email to me for both transactions and I only receive a receipt for the storage and everything was charge to the credit card on file.

Our mover's started off the first hour great but the amount of time it took them overall which was 7 hrs was ridiculous when we only had them move furniture. No boxes, etc just furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment. They also took items apart and left the screws at the previous place when trying to assemble at the new location. We had a three man crew and it always seems like 2 of the 3 are doing the work.

These guys are so great! Not only were they professional and trustworthy, but they took great care of all of our belongings. The coordinating staff was wonderful too. I will recommend them to everybody!

The movers arrived on time. Very friendly and professional. They wrapped everything, broke down the beds and reassemble them at the new location. They wasted no time, they moved our three bed room house from one location to the new location within seven and 1/2 hours which included drive time. Well worth the amount paid. John Evans

They were exceptional! My building was under construction and was really unfortunate that they had to take an alternate route. They were both very sweet and always smiling (considering how hot the day was) All my friends use AB and wouldn’t choose any other moving company! 10/10 highly recommend! :)

The crew that moved us with AB Movers was GREAT! They were strong, careful, professional, and courteous. Our belongings were moved with the greatest of care. We have used AB Movers before, and we will most definitely us them again!

The staff assigned to my moving were throwing the items with no regard to the fact they may break. Crew consisted of Javier and I believe Jeff and one other person. I went back the next day to my old apartment and they left behind the headboard piece of my bed frame by the elevator

No one called me back when I had issues with the movers after several calls and emails. The movers were slow and unprofessional. We spent at least 30 minutes of paid time arguing about how I wanted my things arranged and where to park the truck. I've used this service for my previous 3 moves but never again.

WHILE IT IS EASY WHEN ALL GOES WELL, TO RECOMMEND A FIRM, BUT WHEN A PROBLEM EXIST IT IS HOW THEY STEP UP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE THAT COUNTS. IN OUR CASE ONE OF THE MOVERS PUT A THUMB PRINT ON TWO LIGHT COLORED CHAIRS, THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY ACKNOWLEDGED THE PROBLEM AND IS WILLIND TO PAY FOR THEIR CLEANING. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

They were on time ..treated my furniture with care...were very friendly ...and the faster and hardest workers I've ever seen. My daughter will be using them soon also.
