They were so much better than Anyone else honestly they did a great job from A to Z everything was so easy to me and my family also everything was perfect and clean and organized. I highly recommended this company šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘Œ

The youngest worker became angry when he discovered there were items that he had not loaded when he thought he was done. He yelled out that I shouldā€™ve told him about the items in advance and acted like he wanted to get physical. He was told. He doesnā€™t listen. If most of my items where not already on the truck, I wouldā€™ve kicked his sorry ass out of my house. Iā€™ve used AB moving in the past, but never again. Obviously you hire thugs.

I honestly had a lot of faith that my move would have been quick and easy, it was everything but. It took 5.5 hours to move my 1 bedroom apartment. They couldnā€™t get my stacked washer & dryer out of the closet for almost an hour of that and by that time any last remaining of my items they could care less. One of my TVs broke, my furniture got dirty. I was really disappointed and they told me they missed out on like 3 other jobs because of me...great so I felt guilted into giving them a good tip even though I wasted my entire day having them move me, not care for my items carefully and get charged for all the time they spent calling people trying to figure out how to get my washer and dryer out.

The workers weren't careful with my items. One of them broke my cat tree right in front of me without asking how to transport the item. Terrible service. I had a way better experience with a different company but tried this one because my friends used them. Never again.

Like the saying goes, ā€œMovingā€™s a Bitch!ā€ This was a rough one. The hardest Iā€™ve experienced. The 105 degree heat might of had a something to do with it. The 3 guys did great. Lots to move but they/we got it done. $512 I think, even $600 with the tip was money well spent. I give those guys, your employees, AB Moving... two thumbs up, a pat on the back, props, kudos, and a standing ovation! Good job gentlemen! Thanks! (one thing though)

5 full days later and only thing that didnā€™t make it I know of or I canā€™t find is my dang hammer. Iā€™ve searched everywhere. You guys left a blanket. If you want your blanket back you can have it. Still good job fellows. 5 stars

Well, when the crew arrived, the leader, Jonathan fumbled through the screens outlining my services and cost, ALL WHILE THE CLOCK IS TICKING. When I asked him about knowing how to quickly access the information because Ibwas was paying, he took offense. Things smoothed over and was fine shortly after. When they were preparing to leave to deliver our furniture to the new address, he told me he had to stop and get gas. Again, while the clock is running and at my expense. Well, they arrive a little over 1 1/2 hours later because they got gas and lunch. Only 30 minutes deducted so I paid for an extended lunch and gas. This is unfair billing and I will not recommend AB Movers to friends. That would be unkind if me.

I used the ā€œRomoā€ team. If possible I will use them from now on. All three guys worked hard every minute ā€” no personal cell phone calls or texting. They were polite, timely, extremely careful not to damage anything (which wins me over completely!).

They need a better way of protecting paintings & wall art. None of my art was damaged, but I would have been happier with paintings packed in picture boxes rather than simply wrapping them in thin plastic wrap. I love you guys!!!
