No improvement needed.
The arrival of your team was delayed by several hours. Fortunately, I had other things I could be doing so it didn't inconvenience me.
Two trips, 7 1/2 hours ( live 15 minutes away from former home) 45minutes to an 1hour in between homes, half assembled furniture or incomplete furniture, and almost $900 later still had to move the next day. Truly disappointing with the speed of things though the movers where nice enough. When brought up concerns the person in charge he was confrontational and had poor attitude. Mover where ill prepared, we had to take apart furniture due incomplete tool on movers part. Tip was given because of the helpers. I will not recommend this business.
Not much
nothing at this time
No improvement needed.
No ideas.
As far as what I’ve seen there’s not much that you need improvement on.
I must say just keep it up !
Nothing....extremely easy process!
Can’t think of anything
Nothing service is perfect
Not much. I couldn’t be happier with them.
Y’all damaged my walls in my new house. Damaged pieces of my furniture as well. Only put furniture back together just enough to look like it was put together. All the bolts a screws were barely in. Furniture was unsafe until I fixed everything.
The movers we got dinged and scratched walls, broke a handle on our washroom faucet, and damaged an office desk by putting it on a dolly. They did not know how to install our washer and dryer nor could they disassemble or reassemble a crib. Took 6 hours and their entire truck hours to move only 1.5 rooms worth of pre packed boxes, a couch, a tv, 1 bed, an entertainment center, and a washer dryer. Thank goodness we did not have more than one bed, a dining table, a fridge, or more than 1 couch otherwise it would have required a return trip and more time. These guys were slow and did not take care of things labelled fragile.
booked everything online and had some emails exchanged between me and a representative of the company. I have the emails to prove that I needed packing services as well as moving services. I also indicated that I thought it would take more than 2 hours which was on the estimate. I also was very specific in the email that some things would go to the apartment and some would go to storage. I even asked the representative I had been emailing how they would pack the truck since things needed to go to two different places. When the crew showed up, they had no idea they were supposed to pack my stuff. Luckily I had boxes, paper and tape. Lets just say they probably weren't mean to pack. I am surprised more things weren't broken. I was getting concerned at how late it was so I asked that we wrap it up. They left a bunch of stuff unpacked. It took me more than a week to move the remaining items - some of which was because I have a small vehicle. When we got to the apartment, they seemed really tired. I soon realized that the window to take things to storage was closed. I told the lead of the crew and he said they would have to unload it in my apartment, which they did. They stacked things on top of other things that it would be obvious not to stack anything on. It cost a lot of money and I could barely move around my 700 sq ft apartment with 1100 sq feet of stuff. Never again. Never again. Buyer beware of these folks

We have used AB in the past. This time, the crew was contracted out by AB. Came in a used/unmarked moving truck which just looked tacky (my parents even asked me who I ended up using to move us (as they're looking for someone soon), when I told them AB, his face looked disgusted that, that was the truck they sent. He assumed I used an independent "person", not "company". There was sprinkles in the morning and possible storms that afternoon. The lead guy kept calling my husband wanting to make sure we still wanted to move that day, and that "it was raining in Ft. Worth" where they were coming from. My husband said "it's not raining here and of course we still wanted to move"/we HAD to move out starting that day. It was a bummer to start the morning that way, when I had everything planned out to a T, it was suppose to be happy and not stressful. We had two closings that morning, one for the sale of the old house and one for the purchase of the new house. I wanted it to be a happy, smooth day. My only request was that the movers come as close to 12:30 as possible (because I had someone watching my kids for me)... it was 2:20 when the guys finally showed up. They dinged several pieces of furniture and walls at the old and new house. When we got to the new house they seemed very rushed. The lead made a comment to my husband that they "were going to have to stop taking boxes and furniture to the labeled rooms because that was going to take too long and that they quoted the job for many less hours than it was taking". I had ran out to get the workers and my family pizza and drinks, but by the time I came back, they were already packing up to leave. When I walked back in (after being with them all day and having pleasant conversation) I was disappointed to see there were boxes and furniture that didn't get brought to their intended rooms (this was before I learned of the comment that was made), so that left my husband and I to do it ourselves (which was the whole purpose of hiring someone to move us... so we wouldn't have to do that), and to top it off, they didn't tell me good-bye & thank you, which I thought was ill mannered.
