My stuff was not handled with care, I have several pieces of furniture ruined with scratches I have furniture with broken legs off now, they moved extremely slow just to draw out the time to get more money, they stopped at the store on my time and expected me to pay for it, I have stuff missing that I know I saw them put on the truck but didn’t unload. I will not be using you guys again.

Your mover put the boards across my bed and put the boxs spring down but didn't day that they didn't screw the boatds down. Then they tryed to charge me more. They drived so far behide me going to my place that by the time we got to my place they was in hurry. Not happy at all ived used you all three time.! Ms. Howard

3 young people came to unload pods storage two 75 year men loaded the pods in less time it took 3 young men to unload I ask several times for them to hook up washer left washer out along way from the wall washed first load water flooded washer room because they had drain way to far down drain . Lost two of my pillows that the crew moved from apartment . No absolutely I will not refer anyone to ab moving ——— Ron Boen

We had 2 moving trucks. One driver was outstanding, the second was TERRIBLE!!! He was not friendly, his team scratched our wood floors in our newly built custom home, his truck leaked oil in our new driveway and the inexperienced driver damaged our yard by driving off the cub. Just terrible. They should be held accountable!!!!
We were not provided the correct number of trucks, they sent 1 when 2 were needed. As a result, the movers had to make an extra trip which took twice as long and charged more than initially told. I called and expressed our dissatisfaction and we were told we would get a follow up call but never did.

I don't like the fact that you have 2 separate bills when you pack and when you deliver. You automatically ask for 10, 15 or 20% tip and my instinct is to tip for services, but after i was unpacking my boxes, i realize that i paid a tip for the supplies I purchased from you. Almost half my bill was for supplies. You should not include that. Also, charging separate tips for each bill is also not good business. You knew the same team would not return to move me. It is for these reasons I would not recommend your company.
The amount of time they recorded and charged was more than the actuals, Did damages to my main entrance and wooden floor. Irrespective of those i paid 20% gratuity.
Took too long, cost too much ($660), several pieces of furniture cracked/broken (not noticed until after they left (cable guy was here, I needed to hurry up and pick up kids sitter thought she'd only have for 2-3 hours, not 5-6).

Inefficient use of time. I paid more for wasted time. Movers need to be on task the entire time they are moving. Limit socializing and keep moving.
