Nothing
I don’t have the answer to that question.
Movers were somewhat careless in moving the house contents. They never used blankets to move furniture. Even though mattresses were wrapped in shrink wrap, the mattresses were dragged on the floor from truck into elevator and storage - a distance of at least 300feet. The book shelves were dragged on the floor with no shrink wrap on the dragged surface. The wood part of the shelf that was dragged is damaged. I cannot imagine recommending you even though your web site cotes more than 2000 reviews with a rating of greater than 4.

Be more timely in arriving.
Change the policy for your movers that they have to pay for anything broken out of their own pockets. I specifically asked if the move was insured and was told it was, but when a few things were lost or broken it was evident that making a claim would be an issue and I obviously didn’t want to make them pay for it on their own. (They didn’t tell me they had to pay for it, but it was pretty clear it would be held against them.) Otherwise, great experience and I already referred them to my realtor.
We had a great overall experience!
Everything was done as well as possible.
They threw GARBAGE down on the ground & did not protect items, they ruined food by leaving it out of the Fridge they moved, they didn't even ug the freezer in when they got to the new house, they lost a caster wheel on my grandmother's table, they got dirt all over my washer & dryer inside & out, they did so many awful thongs that we are reporting y'all to the Better Business Bureau, I could go on & on but we are filing a claim and I would Not recommend y'all to our worst enemy, they did some awful things and we certainly wont ever forget what all they did to us & our furniture especially after all the money we paid for the worst movers ever, we have moved cross country & back & it was nothing like this nightmare. They didn't even flush the commode in our upstairs bathroom, it was a mess we had to clean up! They stopped up the commode in our garage & it flooded the garage & we had to clean it up, they left a lot of antiques out in the garage that got wet, you people are awful!!!!!!! That is just the tip of the iceberg! Elizabeth & Keith Guilbeau
The guys broke my stuff, lied about how long they worked, and disappeared in the middle of the job for 1.5 hours (which they tried to charge me for).
Driver was extremely rude
Extremely slow and nicked/broke a lot of our furniture. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Don't source out to independent contractors. I hired your company for a move this month and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had due to multiple things as I will just put in bullet points because I would rather not relive this experience in my thoughts. - Had 2 pick up locations and driver went complete opposite direction to 2nd pick up spot as someone was following truck. I called customer service to ask why the truck was going the wrong way and they told me they would contact driver. I then called driver and I could not understand him due to not speaking english very well. - When truck pulled up to 2nd pick up location the truck was not a AB moving truck and it was all black with 3 teddy bears tied to the grill by there neck and my mother was trying to pull out of drive way so they would back in and they stopped in front of drive way to not let her out and just gave me the death stare. - The driver finally let her out and when he walked up driveway gave me the look to go to hell and was very hostile to me and person following truck and made my parents fell very uncomfortable. - The 3 men where treating my my items like garbage and not treating them with care while putting on truck and one asked me "are we taking tv?" and he just grabbed a 55 inch tv without wrapping it to protect. I said "are you going to put a blanket around it to protect?" he said "no! you want me to?" I said " what kind of moving company are you?" Then he wrapped up tv and put it on truck. - When I got in my car to go to finally drop off location I immediately called AB customer service to let them know what was going on and to get this fixed and lady on phone said she would contact supervisor and she did and said he would call me immediately which he did not. - When the truck arrived to drop off location after "getting lost" the driver of the truck came at me aggressively and said "WHY DID YOU CALL MY SUPERVISOR" after having a panic attack him doing this to me scared me so much I said "hold on let me record this on my phone" as I'm shaking and pulling out my phone he changed his tone and attitude so he would not get in trouble so we both talked it out so would could get it done as fast as possible. These guys knowing where we live and what cars we drive is a scary thought knowing what they can do scared us so I made sure to tip all 3 guys $20 each and get them on there way. This was very traumatic and not something I ever wanted to remember again. I called AB the next day and left messages to call me about this and I did not receive a call back until 5 days later which left me feeling unvalued and unimportant. The first move I had with your company was the best experiences that is why I returned back as a customer not knowing now you outsource moves to independent contractors. I know this is a lot and hope to be contacted about this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your time! Brian Shivley
Lost multiple items. Charged hourly plus trip fee for drive time.
I don't feel like the online quotation process accurately estimates the size of the truck needed to complete a move. I carefully entered all of the required information and the truck that was sent was too small to complete the move in one trip, incurring extra time and expense. A discounted hourly rate in this instance would have been appreciated.
I have no complaints at this moment.
