It took 7.5 to love a 1 bedroom apartment where I didn’t even have bedroom furniture!! Because I was I single girl, I feel like they took their time and took advantage of me. It cost me over $600 to move across the street. Will never use them again.

I have used AB Moving several times this year to move out of a house to put in new floors, move to storage after selling a house and to move in and out of old and new house. Always great people

The movers (both times I’ve used AB) were so nice and professional. They were also very fast and efficient. My furniture never had any scratches or dents because they are so careful and clearly know what they’re doing.

My first experience was amazing but my second was not very good. When I went to inform AB about this I wasn’t given the time of day because I guess they don’t know what to do with constructive feedback and just assume everyone wants some sort of refund.

Your team is aback getting from the individuals who answer the phone to the teams that move us. Amazing customer service! This was my 3rd move and I wouldn’t use anyone else!!!!

I tried to make a complaint about the time it took for the movers. Wasting time. They even wrapped my bath mats. Then I come to realize that they broke my bed connections and they never said anything. I even sent you guys pictures. I still have not heard back about the broken pieces. Not sure why they even tried to break them down. Other than to take longer.

I have used AB Moving several times. The men were professional, courteous, got the moves taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff were on top of my moves via phone & email. I will certainly recommend AB Moving to family & friends.

I didn’t know they were going to take apart all my workout equipment, but I somewhat understand equipment would not fit through door. I am hoping they can put equipment together again once that time arises.

There are no fees for re-scheduling the move, and we had to re-schedule several times to accommodate our closing dates. When the movers arrived, they were on time and efficient and handled our stuff with care.

Still haven’t gotten a receipt for my move. Things were left at my old place. No one offered me for purchase or had available mattress pads for my tempurpedic California king bed and it was pulled thru the grass and parking deck. Disgusting. I’d used y’all happily before. This was the worst move ever. Y’all told me someone would be at my place at 7:30/8am. No one arrived till almost 10am. I’d strongly steer any potential mover away from your company. Terrible service. The guys that moved me were nice and polite. TRhey weren’t given mattrsss pads. The phone folks were NOT good.

My have used ab movers for two very difficult moves and they did a great job, took great care of my possessions in a timely manor at a reasonable cost. I have used many movers over the years and would highly recommend AB Movers to all my friends and family.

My tools were stolen, I was really nice to the movers I even bought lunch and gave them a nice tip only to find out that my tools were taken by them. Very disappointed as I really respected the staff.

The person leading the crew made many poor management decisions. Too many to type out! We left my old house at 2:00 PM and they arrived at my new house at 12:45 am. That is all I care to spend time typing out. Thanks

The movers were professional and courteous. Great customer service. They wrapped everything and moved the furniture and items with care, like it was their own furniture.
