There was an issue with a stripped screw that made moving my bed difficult. After the moving crew left, realized my bed was more broken than originally thought and i may actually have to get a new bed now. Smh

I have used AB Moving multiple times and always get a different team. Every team is amazing! I do not have to request a specific team because AB Moving never lets me down.

The Puerta crew called ahead and showed up exactly on time. They were very diligent and hard working as well as respectful. We moved into a temporary house until ours is ready and will be using that team again in 7 weeks. I would very much recommend them to anyone.

One the lead guy cared at all about his job or any of my possessions - everyone else destroyed things and didn’t care at all. Spent a fortune, didn’t even get everything, and they intentionally destroyed expensive items

The crew was extremely friendly and very professional. They did work hard for 8 hours and you could tell at the end they were losing steam and boxes didn’t get to the correct rooms but all in all I was very pleased with Oscar and crew

From beginning to end every person was friendly and professional. I revived a quick quote with 2 days as option. I received a reminder phone call confirming the locations and the charge. The movers were friendly, did a walk though the both homes. They never looked or seemed annoyed or bothered to be there. All of the furniture was well wrapped and taken cared of. Devin and his crew were really amazing. I’ve worked with several moving companies throughout the years and this was the most positive.

Mike, who booked the move was awesome so I’ll start by saying that. No complaints at all with Mike. Unfortunately the movers were horrible. They were slow, lazy, and pitiful. At one point1 of the Movers carried out a comforter. This was a single comforter inside of a clear Ziploc bag. He carried that out all the way to the truck alone and then casually walked back into the house. Terrible experience! They were 6 Men and 2 trucks moving a normal four bedroom home. It took six men with two trucks seven hours to load the trucks and one hour to unpack the trucks to the tune of $1849. I had to pay for them to shrink wrap which some of it I owned and they wrapped. This is not my first rodeo when it comes to moving and never have I seen such a slow lazy staff. AB Movers came highly recommended from a friend of mine but I guess we didn’t anticipate lazy movers to show up for the job. Due to their lack of normal reasonable pace in moving, It took them way too long and cost me way too much money. I regret using AB Movers and respectfully ask for a partial refund for their incompetence and my inconvenience. I lost both time and money dealing with these movers. And to add insult to injury, they left screws to my beds and took screws with them as well and had to meet us to return them. So now, we are not quite sure what screws go with what bed!?!! SMH- S. AB Moving came highly recommended to us. Other family members have used them several times and were completely satisfied. This was our first time to use them, and they did not disappoint. Easy scheduling. Great communication. Great packers. Great experience overall.

I had a move with ur company 3 years ago and I recived an excellent service from ur crew , but unfortunately this time I got disappointed, I really didn't expect the two bedroom apartment move takes 8 hours!! slow crew and a little careless so actually I was going to recommend ur company to two of my friends for their coming move but I doubt it now.

The 2 gentlemen who came to move my items were very friendly and professional. I had a few issues with my storage unit and they were very understanding and flexible. The took the time to ensure my property and home were not damaged during the move.

I was told that the trip charge covered driving from my pick up location to my drop off location. I was charged for four hours plus a trip. That is unethical business practices.

Very professional. The rep who booked us was responsive and helpful. The movers were on time and did an amazing job. Estimate was accurate. There was on piece of wooden furniture damaged. They took ownership of the issue, fixed the furniture for us and discounted our move.

I would recommend them for sure! They do excellent work. My crew worked a little slower as expected. I wasn’t budgeted for a $600 move.
