The setup and appointment making was easy and great. But the actual movers, while personable, ripped me off. Three movers to pack and move one bedroom and one bathroom, plus a tv stand should not take 5+ hours. They even called and told their boss I had nothing. Then proceeded to joke and play around on my dime and even asked me for a tip outright. I will never use your services again.

Your movers were not the previous mature strong bodied men. Your guys deliberately slowed their work progress, they took three hours to dismantle a canopy with much discussion regarding the dismantle. When I attempted to talk with your supervisor, he would not call me back. Instead he communicated with one of the movers and took his side regarding the move. To rooms of furniture took 8 hours. No way should that have happened. Then your oriental mover raised his voice at me disputing his lengthy time on the bed. Three family members currently use AB extensively. In no way should such a move cost $ 1000.00. I'm truly disappointed with such tactics. You will lose three customers due to this major issue which no one in your company attempted to negotiate with me. I have recently advised a coworker not to use your company. Unless your office rectify the costs with me, then your services will not be used within my family again.

The movers were very slow. 3 man team. After the 2nd stop they smelled like they took might have taken a break. In my new place the floors and wall were scratched heavily. Damaged furniture and new townhome. For $700 things should have been very smooth. I only moved out of a 1 bedroom apartment and did not even completely fill up their 24’ truck.

Not be pushy about moving earlier in the day when I scheduled an evening move for a reason.

They loaded too slowly and did not hownto properly stack items at the back first instead they waited to the end where the furniture was too delicate to stack . Left my entire storage unit at my apartment so I had to spend hours trying to fit it in my car.

I was charged almost $700 for a one bedroom apartment move. I was sent one adult and two teenage boys. It took them 6 hours and when I talked with two other people who referred me, they were charged less than half of what I was charged. Unacceptable and poor business practice.

First of all, you need to keep the delivery window that you promised and we booked. A move is a very important event in a family's life and for you to just push us back at the last minute, without any notice was horrible. It meant that the movers were at our house until midnight!! that is unacceptable.
