I’ve used this company 4 times and each move has gotten slower and slower. This time it took our movers over 7 hours to move two one-bedroom apartments that were located within one mile of each other. The first apartment was located on the first floor, about 50 feet from the exit, the second apartment had an elevator and was about 500 square feet, and the final apartment was located about 100 feet from the elevator. This move shouldn’t have taken longer than 4 hours. I was hoping that this extra time was a result of our movers taking extra care of our furniture, but my dresser was seriously damaged and will need to be replaced. I’m extremely disappointed, and I have no idea why it took so long to move us. I will not be using this company again.

Cheating with the hour agreements. They take almost 8 hour to finish 1 bedroom apartment. I was cheated at least 3 to 4 hours by their employees .

Some of the legs on our furniture were hard to find and match up. Maybe tape with the furniture or put inside.

I have minor claims arising from our moves and no one responds to my requests for information. In addition, they are very simple claims (charged incorrectly for boxes) and should be extremely easy to resolve but it has taken months and it is still not resolved. It feels very much like this is just a delay tactic hoping I give up.

I was charged 374 for a bedroom set, table 4 chairs, sofa love seat and boxes 10 it should of not taking 3 hours from FortWorth to Arlington with 3 movers. Not happy

Lost my mattress and adjustable bedframe. After calling supervisor after supervisor. They did finally deliver it the next day but didn't give a discount or even try to make it right. Didn't reassemble any of my items they broke down. Never again.
