A full length mirror was broke in corner, and mattress must have been dragged as it was dirty on one end. We did not notice either one until after the movers left and we signed the receipts and tipped on top of it. So we were not very happy after all was done. The move went quick enough just more care should have been taken.

I noticed two of our mattresses had little rips on them and there was a chip in my dresser. The men were very nice and respectful, but for the cost and how many hours it took them I would hire ATX Firefighters next time.

Only thing i would not do is ask for a certain amount for tip, me when that happens i always give less tip. Just because of that, not that they didn't do there job and on time.

I have used your company for years and I've never had an issue. However, on my last move you sent me some unexperienced movers who lied, went through my things, damaged my walls/floor, refused to take my headboard upstairs, and who damaged my sofa. When a claim was made, you took the side of your crew and didn't reimburse me for my damages. Therefore, I will never use your company again, wouldn't recommend you to anyone else, and have already given you bad reviews with the BBB. For, you don't stand behind your customers.

First the movers showed up at 10:30 with our arrival time was 8-10. This wasted much of our morning. It was obvious from the beginning that two of the movers were not well experienced, although they were polite. It’s was disappointing to pay for 3 movers when only one had much experience. The move took twice what we had predicted. We had done most of the moving ourselves beside the big furniture. We only moved 1/2 miles down the road. When trying to reattach the fridge, they sprayed water all over the kitchen. They claim the valve was broken before they got to it and it cost us $125 to get it fixed by a plumber. We also noticed a significant dent in our fridge and our banster. The guys were respectful and did work hard. However I was disappointed the company sent a crew of three with two inexperienced movers. We will not use AB movers again.
