The main guy hustled and was thorough. Maybe a bit too thorough. The obvious second guy was just average. The third man was dead weight. I was irritated it took 30 minutes to tie everything down after the apt. was emptied. What was man #3 doing? In addition, I didn't ask anyone to put anything together. Just get it inside and unwrap and leave. All in all they milked me for and extra hour or 45 minutes in my opinion!

I would never recommend your company! Your workers took forever to move a one bedroom apartment. They deliberately had a long conversation outside of their truck prior to driving to the second location. My friend saw them after I left. Plus it took them more than half an hour to arrive at the second location. I called them and they said, they were at a gas station gasing up. I think you should come prepared with a full talk if you know you are being paid by the hour. After they took their sweet time wrapping my furniture they still chipped off a big chunk of wood from the footboard of my bed, and scratched the door really bad. The mover kept making small talk conversation with me as if I wasn’t paying him by the hour. Telling me, “sooo they left you all alone to do the dirty work”. I regret hiring your movers, I paid $565 for a one bedroom, I only had a living room, and a bedroom and 10 boxes. There’s no way that should have been almost $600!!!!

My last move will be my last time using you AB Moving for my moving needs. Crew took a lunch mid move. Very unprofessional and company is a joke

I've used AB moving twice before however this third time the movers were terrible. They moved very slow and i felt they were milking the clock. On more than a handful of occasions i saw one guy working and the other 2 standing around watching the one guy working. They also took over an hour to arrive at the final destination when we got there in 20 minutes. I eventually had to call them to find out where they were but was not given any explanation. I was also asked to buy them lunch which i did not know i was expected to do. Where is this in the contract? It took 12 hours for 3 guys to move a 3 bedroom house that was already completely packed in boxes, minus the furniture. In my previous moves with the same number of rooms it took half that time. We were also guilted into tipping since they "spent so much time" moving us. I will never use this service and i will be sure to spread the word.

I have used AB moving company several times before my last time. Everything went well - I'm a returning customer. however, my last experience with AB moving company has been a horrid one to say the least. The moving company moved my furniture into my new place of residence and were unable to locate the legs to my couches . However, after going thru several of boxes - I was able to locate them. However, my bed has yet to be re- assembled do to the fact the moving company misplaced or failed to mention where they put the screws to my bedroom set. This has been a nightmare with me sleeping on the couch and floor for the past week. I have yet to hear back from anyone at AB moving company since my complaint. To this day - I'm still waiting on some type of response. Very - Very Disappointed customer - who entrusted my life with your company on previous occasions.

They broke the freight elevtor by wedging one of my boxes in the doors. They then took 3.5 more hours than quoted to unload my things and refuse to refund the time they went over. I now have an attorney involved.

Be more consistent on your pricing. I never know what the price per hour will be.
