The workers were very slow. I had everything ready to go and packed. It took 5 hours for 3 men to move my stuff. They could have done it in 2-3 if they would have worked faster. They were riding the clock.

The price is too expensive for the move. The movers take breaks without you knowing and extend time. Traveling time should not be included in moving time.

The men are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. They love to have fun, and you can tell they have a good time making others happy! I’ve used this company twice and will keep using them every time I move!

Quick and Fast. Villalobos crew meant business. In and out, like lightning bolts. My money was well spent with AB Moving.

They took too much time moving my things were 3 people but one of them was older and they were doing everything very slow and carrying light things that I could load .. very bad service and paid too much

The movers were courteous and conscientious about making sure the future was protected. Since they followed me to the drop-off, I witnessed how careful they drove the truck/trailer. They were quick on the move.

I arranged a 5:45-6pm arrival and they did not show up until 7:10. I had to call dispatch several times before she could give me an update on when the crew would show up.

THE MOVERS ASSIGNED TO OUR JOB WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAREFUL WILL ALL OF OUR ITEMS. WE WERE GIVEN A WINDOW OF 8-10 AM, AND THEY ARRIVED AT 9:30. AS PROMISED WE HAD TWO TRUCKS WITH THREE MEN EACH. WHEN THEY ARRIVED I WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE WITH THE CREW LEADER, NOTING ITEMS THAT STAYED WITH THE HOUSE AND ALL. AFTERWARDS I JUST TRIED TO STAY OUT OF THEIR WAY. THESE GUYS WORKED EXTREMELY HARD AND DIDN'T SLOW DOWN ALL DAY. THIS WAS OUR THIRD TIME USING AB MOVERS AND ARE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY.

The two young men who drove to East Texas and brought furniture back to my house were efficient and professional, but the were also congenial and gentlemanly both in Plano when they brought the furniture and in East Texas when they picked it up. I even called my very positive opinion of Kahar (sp) and Quentin to AB after they left my house because everyone with whom they interacted was so positively impressed with them.

I tried to contact anyone who could help with the damaged furniture and the chaotic mess we were left with and I have still not received ANY resolution. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting. The workers left my $2,000 bed frame half done and falling apart. It is all now broken. We had to empty our garage (with my husbands health concerns) and repack it so that we could walk through and actually get to the items that were not in boxes. Worst customer service response I have EVER had! Even though I am a Realtor and am constantly asked for recommendations, I would NEVER recommend AB Moving. I HOPE someone reads this!

The movers didn't follow exactly what I told them, like they stack the heavier boxes on top of lighter boxes. I lost one box. I think they kept it hostage as a gift in case if they didn't get paid enough.

Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Andy, Dominique, and Jay were awesome... very personable, hard working, and careful. I highly recommend.

I reserved two trucks. Both crews were late and one crew was more than 5 hours late. Neither crew used moving blankets to protect my railings, walls, floors.

AB Moving took 5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment. They took everything apart & wrapped everything. Some things did not need it, which made them take longer. I was out a lot of money that I wasn't expecting to pay!
