Was not able to deliver in a timely manner as promised when I set up services originally. No customer service, nobody returns calls, should I continue?

I didn’t have that much stuff yet it took 4.5 hours. Costing 602.50. Way too much. When unloading I found 2, 1 flying, roaches which come from Florida or tropical area. They were dead but said to me the trick wasn’t clean. A seat came off one of my counter chairs which was ok because they were old but it was soaked with water. It must of been drinking water and was able to dry successfully. No claim needed. Also some of the boxes were set upside down. No harm done but I felt that it was not caring of my stuff. I used A&B 4 times but not anymore. Sorry to say that. Charlotte Leach

Horrible customer service from ab; not Lindsey but another woman - tonya perhaps. She was extremely rude and sent an email, text, and called three times to make sure we were home acting as if the moving crew wasn’t on the way. She even called my husbands line and hung up on him when he answered. Then found out she didn’t dispatch the movers even after speaking to her and hadn’t to call back and talk to Lindsey. Then the movers called and said they were 20 out and took 45. the moving crews were not experienced in taking apart and assembling things and took longer than they should for two moving crews simultaneously. Paid an extra hour for two crews; one just sitting in their van versus taking it to the new home waiting on the other van to get a refrigerator out. They also left the front door wide open at our old home and left trash and water bottles all over the house. When we previously used ab the movers broke our things. I have used ab for a total of four times now. The first two times were amazing so gave it a fourth try since 1/3 was bad. I was also told if I left a yelp review which I did prior to the move which was good I’d receive 5% off and did not. Ab is not cheaper than other movers and I will be trying out a new company if we have to move ever again and will not recommend ab to anyone I know and plan on leaving reviews on every platform on my experience.

Multiple of my items were broken while being moved. Moving crew took pictures and stated that they would report the damage and I would receive a call for repair/reimbursement. I never received a call, repair or reimbursement for the damage of my items.

The packing was horrible. There is no sense of how things needs to be packed. For example cosmetic items were packed in the same box as bathroom cleaning products. Xbox One was packed in a box with just one layer of paper wrapping. Lot of our stuff was broken. Don’t use them at all

It was so simple to set up a moving date and time and when the guys showed up they were super. No improvement needed at this time.
