Your email quoted a payment of $132 for my losses. I am attaching my form, I already sent in a claim form which you apparently disregarded, as a break down of what I am expecting as a settlement from your company for its damages caused by your movers to my goods as well as the necessary labor and travel on my part for your movers not completing the move because they had stowed their personal queen mattress and queen box spring on the moving truck that I paid for.
Because you charge $129 an hour and then a $70 trip fee on top of that.

I have used you guys before in the past and the movers back then were much faster. I am not sure what happened but this the only time I have had 3 movers and paid over $500 to have 2 beds, sofa, and 2 dressers moved. Previously I always had 2 movers and have only paid $300 dollars and had way more furniture moved.
1. Guys were nice, but did not utilize the space in the truck adequately. I worked at UPS loading trucks so I am aware of how to pack. This caused us undue reason to rent a second UHaul to move the remaining items they could not load. I took a picture of the truck and there was unused space that could have avoided this burden. 2. We cannot find the bolts to the kitchen table that should have been taped to the underside. 3. We are missing rubber caps for entertainment center that I can no longer use along with screws to the beds that are now resting on the floor. 4. The excessive use of plastic wrapping was unnecessary and time consuming for items that did not need to be wrapped. Please contact me to discuss a resolution to these issues.
We tried to be very friendly and treat the men that came to help nicely! We bought them lunch and they never deducted the lunch time off from the price. They broke a table, they broke my doll case (glass) and two vases and a clock. I even called to try to find the broken pieces to my table. No one at any time offered to help with the broken pieces. I will never call you again. One of my vases is a very expensive vase! The glass doll case can be fixed, but my dad made it, and he has since passed. There should have never been anything put in that glass case when moving. But someone stuck a Heavy metal clock inside of it when moving it. That is what broke it! You do not seem to know how to stack things with care.....nor do you have any customer service.
I was not informed how many "vaults" it would require to hold my items in storage. I only found out after my card was charged. Since I had just gotten out of the hospital, I was unable to be present during the move. I've asked for verification it took 3 "vaults" to store my items and have not heard back. I also have not received my vault information. I only have the the unit numbers. The "cleaning" was not up to par. I took pictures behind the dryer showing it was not vacuumed. Only to get a response back stating they do not clean behind hot water heaters. I also took a few more pictures that were basically ignored.
Nothing stand out comes to mind at this time.

A lot of my wood furniture ended up getting scuffed in the move. I expected since they were wrapped by your company with seram wrap and blankets, this wouldn't happen but it probably occurred on the drive over so I think they weren't secured enough in the truck and ended up banging around alot. One of the cabinet doors on my TV stand was broken off completely and the movers did not inform me. I had to figure this out after they had left. The moving truck itself had oil leaking out of the gears when it was parked in our new home's driveway which splashed all over our new home's driveway, permanently staining it. Many boxes labeled "up" were flipped onto their sides during the move.

The window of arrival time was confusing and not communicated well. When I booked for 8-10 for 2 hours, I was waiting around at 8 thinking they were late. Called and was informed that my 8-10 time was an arrival window not my moving time. Since I made the appointment thinking 8-10 was my moving time I ended up being late on my other obligations that day which could have easily been fixed if the person scheduling had told me that the 8-10 was an arrival window.
I need a call from a manager because there are too many issues

2 crews took far too long to load our home and move to storage. Then they took over an hour (hour and 15 minutes) to meet us at our storage facility (3 miles away) due to taking a lunch and then only credited us for 30 minutes of time when we finalized the move. They also left 5 bags of their trash in our alley by our trash cans. We have NEVER had a move with AB Moving take as long and cost as much as this most recent move. Same amount of stuff and twice the cost.

I left info on the other email. I would like a call.
You guys over charged me and broke some glass items of mine. I will never ever do busy with you people ever again.
Did not remove drip pan in refrigerator. Water got under new floor. Put washer and dryer on wrong sides. Doors are suppose to open AWAY for easy transfer of clothes from washer to dryer. Had to pay to have them moved to correct sides. Ripped the bottom of my dog's kennel. Tore the mechnical connection on 2 of my recliners. Ripped the scorer off the air hockey game. Did not empty out my SUV when asked. Were unabled to stay as long as I needed them. They had done a move from Houston to DFW, so they did not start my job til 2pm and they wanted to get back to Houston that night. One of them said his boss called to tell him to hurry up and finish and get back to Houston. I had 6 men and 2 trucks. It was too many people to watch after! There may be more that I have not discovered...
